Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your contract without giving any reason within 14 days in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if before its expiry - withdraw by returning the item. The period starts upon receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfilment of our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code and our obligations pursuant to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 Civil Code in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the revocation notice, or the item in time.

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received services shall be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) issued. If the performance and benefits (e.g. benefits of use) cannot or can only partially be refunded or issued or are in a deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to pay compensation.
For deterioration and derived benefits, compensation must be paid only if the use or the deterioration is due to handling the item beyond the test of its characteristics and functioning. "Testing the characteristics and functioning" refers to the testing and evaluation of the respective item, as is possible and normal in any shop.
Transportable items are to be returned at our risk.
You have to bear the return cost if the delivered goods matches the ordered and if the price of the returned item does not exceed EUR 40.00, or if, at a higher price of the item, you haven't yet provided the service in return for a contractually agreed partial payment by the time of the withdrawal. Otherwise the return is free.
Goods that are not transportable in parcels will be collected by you personally.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins when you send your cancellation notice or the item, for us when we receive them.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or can quickly deteriorate or whose expiry date has passed. Further, the right neither applies to audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been opened by you, nor to the newspapers, periodicals and magazines, except when you have submitted your contractual statement by phone.

Please note:
- For problems with the received items, in case you do not like them or simply do not want them anymore, if possible, please contact us first by e-mail, phone or contact form and describe the problem. We promise to promptly remedy the situation and to react according to your wishes - after all, we only want happy customers.
- If possible, please do not send us the item as post free, but as a prepaid package. We will be happy to refund your postage costs in advance when we bear the costs of the return.
- Please avoid damage and contamination of the product.
- If possible, please send us the goods in their original packaging including all accessories and all the packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a suitable packaging to avoid damage.
